In general, the documentation you will need includes: |

Copy of State/Federal valid Photo ID and Social Security Card.

| If you are not a citizen, a copy of the front and back of your Green Card, VISA or other proof of legal US residency.

| Residence addresses for the past 4 years. If you did not own your residence, please provide 2 years of Landlord contact information. |

Property Information (if you already have a contract on a house) |

Purchase Agreement. We will get this from your Agent. |
|
Copy
of MLS Broker Synopsis. We will get this from your Agent. |
|
If you are selling your current home,
copy of listing contract. |
|
If
you have sold your current home, copy of settlement statement (HUD-1) and proof of receipt of proceeds. |

Income & Assets |

Pay stubs for the last 30 days. |

For the past 4 years: |

Statements for each bank, mutual fund, and/or investment account for the
